Great idea, YDJ. And I think a return to OC sounds good to me for this go-round.

Space Chair Project
From Neatorama: "The mad scientists at Toshiba are at it again. With the help of Simon Faithful, they created not only the world’s highest HD TV ad, but one of the highest ads period. By attaching their HD cameras to a weather balloon, they sacrificed the cams to make a point. Not only can it perform, look what we can do with it. We can focus on a vintage chair going into space. Beautiful results. Wait for the balloon pop."

I totally agree. They're great designs.

No sweatshirts quite yet. We're still very young and they'd require a bit more monetary overhead, but once we've grown a bit, definitely.

I think those holiday cards he has at zazzle would make fabulous Ts. I had a facebook friend ask for pointers to christmas sweatsirts just yesterday (I don't even know if tvirus makes sweatshirts).

Ah, good question. I wasn't even considering the idea. I suppose it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I guess he already has products so he wouldn't want to be in tee virus?

Cinematography by youdiejoe.

Very nice video. I've only told one person my secret and I'm certain I'll never tell another.

Hi Ox- Thanks a lot for saying so. I think you're the only one who likes it, I'm guessing because you're familiar with other ambigrams.

I'm not familiar with Scott Kim, but thanks for pointing me in his direction.

Hey Lucky, I saw your ambigram. I liked it. Are you familiar with Scott Kim's work (http://www.scottkim.com/)?

Teevirus adopts Cartmanland marketing strategy? (Commercial Talk Post)
Well, that's the problem. You said "specific T-Shirts are being advertised on VideoSift which did not pass the Workshop at Teevirus and are therefore not for sale." The accidental lie is a result of your misunderstanding that the panel you're referring to is clearly labeled "Workshop Designs" and does not anywhere indicate or imply that the image corresponds to a t-shirt that is for sale.

It's clear now that it's easy to confuse some people, but I was avoiding writing a long sentence in the panel explaining that the designs were merely up for community review, hoping the word "Workshop" in the title would convey the concept.

So the bottom line is, no, we are not advertising t-shirts that aren't even for sale. That panel is just displaying a random selection of any Workshop designs that have ever been submitted for community review. The panel titled "Random Shirts from Tee Virus" is the panel with actual t-shirts that are available for purchase.

Bug: Post to Facebook (Sift Talk Post)
You're mistaken about the logo link. It's not clicking on "comedy.videosift" that takes you to "www.videosift". Rather, it's clicking on the "videosift" logo that takes you to "www" whereas clicking on the "comedy." above the logo that takes you to "comedy.videosift".

It doesn't make sense for the "Front" tab to link to www because it's part of all the navigation tabs and sub-tabs that are specific to the current channel. The logo was linked to www after getting a bit of user feedback that demanded it.

Teevirus adopts Cartmanland marketing strategy? (Commercial Talk Post)
Can you point out what designs you think you've seen advertised as products that aren't for sale in the Tee Virus store? I'm not sure if you were just making that up to sell your point because that claim is all but an outright lie considering that every shirt is manually added for display on VideoSift only at the time it is added to the Tee Virus store.

Time Traveling Delorean Mod!
Really cool though it's irksome they left out the requisite flaming tire tracks. And it really didn't seem like they had enough road to get up to 88. I wonder how they were able to generate the 1.21 jiggawatts required to power the flux capacitor.
